It's Saturday!!!!!

I'd like to make an important announcement to my loyal readers. I'll be temperory taking time off from this blogging space so that i can concentrate on my work.

I'll be assisting Raju in handling an airline web system and time is running terribly out. I guess i'll not be around to update until tuesday or wednesday. As for the pictures, i'll get a photoshop guru to help giving it touch-up on the brightness before i post them up.

I'm now getting ready for the usual soccer game! Excited! Saturday is the only day for entertainment and lots of FUN!!!! But after soccer is work...work...and more work....ok, let's hope i can finish it by today.

So peeps, you better enjoy this day to the fullest!! Alright, it's time to get prepared. Ciaoz!!

Cyber Wars: Vengeance Of The Hackers

To my awe when i visited SG's top blog, the template became so different that i checked the URL thrice. "http://xiaxue.blogspot.com". it was correct. no pink, no Wendy posing, just a plain site. Just when i read the posts, i realised that it has been hacked. Bad news for her...oh no..so peeps, dun give away your password else it will become a weapon of mass destruction yeah?

Her Gmail account was hacked too.

Here are some tips for you:
1) Do not use words found in dictionary cuz people can trial-an-error.
2) Use a combination of numbers and letters, do not append numbers at the end, preferably somewhere in the middle would be good.
3) Use passwords that are at least 8-9 characters long.
4) Use different passwords for secondary email.
5) And lastly, u might wanna humiliate your enemies in a very in-direct way instead of going all out with a machine gun spraying bullets at them.
6) No doubt with more publicity and fame, there will definitely be a jealous bunch of people out there lurking to strike when you're not aware. So stay alert and drink more coffee =D

Back by demand

Yes. Back by demand. I'm back with more impact! v^^

Alright, just recently they had this Bloggers.SG 2005 and i missed it due to work. Well nevermind, i could get an equal coverage on what had happened in several clicks.

I bumped into Kenny's blog yesterday and i saw something special though: a few photos taken at the blogger conference. Certainly special because they are photos of Sarong Party Girl and Kenny flaunting their "BIG" assets?? Too bad he took that down before noon as it's stirring up TOO many unnecessary comments. Some people are just too narrow-minded and we can't blame them for being like that.

With MrBrown shaking his head, Xia Xue ranting away. Other bloggers have nothing much to say though. My utmost respect to you, Kenny. He certainly is taking his time handling this controversy.

15 Intern students from NYP came in on Monday. Got to know some of them: Michael, Kah Chun, Michelle, Jasima and Cheryl.

This morning i had a meeting with the team. Gunawan and i were told to finish up the handover document by this week and also to go along with it, is a list of problematic issues on the software that we're using to develop the system: Performa Studio.

Just when i could heave a sigh of relief, my nightmare came again. Lihfen wanted to extend me for another month because some peeps from another Dept are leaving and they picked me and Gunawan to be the candidates taking over APIS which was launched not long ago. Damn it!! Which means i still have 5 more weeks of hell after this week ends. Gunawan is lucky enough to get only 1/5 of what i will be experiencing because his NUS school term is starting soon, i will be bidding him farewell together with the lunch group on the 29th this month. Well what to do, at least i can keep myself busy till about 2 weeks before my "botakhood".

Good news or bad news?

Just too many unpleasant incidents happened recently...

First the London bomb blasts, then came the NKF saga, the truth uncovered about Huang Na's death..and then people shooting one another the way we play CS..the Japan oil tanker incident...Pakistan train disaster..the incident of the malaysian boy chocked to death by a climbing perch...cases of a few teenagers following the suicide "trend", thinking it's cool to jump off a building over failed relationships...and many more..

I guess that's what news is all bout...10 bad news with a random good news huh??

some mother-*toot*ers trying to have fun bombing up places?? some others overwhelmed by greed?? A few too stupid? others too careless?

Sad cases..but they are there for a purpose..that is to make us learn our lessons.
I guess that's the only good news new for us mankind.

Thank God..


P.S. The "God" that i've stated here means the universal one. It does not mean any specific God of any religion. I'm a free-thinker you see.

Well, as my current temp staff contract is gonna end on the 29th, i'll be spending more time on the other side, hoping to get a major deal. That's about it.

I guess i should seek enlightenment so that i can get more blogging wisdom..
is that an excuse?

So tired...one whole morning of hike @ Macritchie, went to visit a colleague of mine who had just given birth yesterday, then met a friend @ Bugis, then met my class buddies @ AMK.

Damn shag. I wanna hug my pillow!! hahahaha...
